Why I Specialise in Trades, Construction and ECE

I specialise in these industries for a pretty simple reason:

I care about them, and I've lived them.

I've been in the ECE room, supervising 70 preschoolers.

I've worked around diggers, installed vanities and spent time on construction sites.

I've been involved in running a trade business.

I've worked with the people doing the work, the people leading the team and the people responsible for the business.

These aren't just industries I've chosen to work in.

They're environments I understand because I've experienced them.

I know that an ECE centre isn't just a list of children, ratios and policies.

I know that construction isn't just a site plan, SWMS and a toolbox talk.

There are people behind all of it.

People who are busy. People who get tired. People who are under pressure. People who care about doing a good job.

And that's why I care about getting health and safety right.

Not because I want to give you more paperwork.

Not because I want to tell you how to run your business.

Because I want the people going home at the end of the day to go home safe.

That's why I specialise.

I've lived it. I understand it. And I genuinely care about getting it right.
