About
I’m Aria Carson, founder of On To It Health and Safety, and I’m not your average safety consultant. I bring a unique mix of hands-on trade experience, early childhood education training, and a straight-talking, practical approach to health and safety.
I started out as a qualified teacher, but life had other plans. I stepped into our family-run plumbing business and ended up right in the thick of it — on the tools, on site, and learning what real safety challenges look like in both construction and small business. That’s where I found my passion: making sure the people doing the work every day get home safe, without drowning in paperwork or ticking boxes just for the sake of it.
